For operators

You only pay when a guest levels up.

Perkiverse costs $0 per month. You pay $0.50 when a guest reaches a new level inside your venue — the moment the system has demonstrably made a visit more valuable. No platform fee, no seat licenses, no annual contract to escape from.

No monthly minimum. No setup fee. Cancel whenever.

The honest version

LBE loyalty is mostly a drawer full of punch cards.

Most location-based entertainment venues have tried loyalty. A punch card that lives in a wallet until it’s laundered. A points balance nobody can remember. An email list that gets opened by the same 6% of people every month. The problem isn’t that operators don’t care — it’s that the reward arrives long after the fun, in a channel the guest isn’t paying attention to, for a benefit that feels like a rounding error.

Perkiverse moves the reward inside the visit. A guest levels up while they are still on the floor, hears about it on their phone, and can spend it before they leave. That’s a different psychological event than a coupon in an inbox.

The Engage Loop

What the system actually does.

Engage Loop is our proprietary progression engine. It attributes play to a guest, converts it to XP on your terms, and fires a level-up the moment a threshold is crossed.

01

Attribute play to a guest

A guest checks in once per visit by scanning a QR code — printed at the counter, or shown on a kiosk tablet. Everything they do after that is attributed without staff intervention.

02

Convert play to XP

You set the XP value of every attraction and how often it can be claimed — once per visit, once per day, once ever, or capped at a number you choose. Change any of it whenever you like. Guests can also earn at a much lower, daily-capped rate in the app’s own arcade, which keeps them attached to the brand between visits without cannibalizing a trip.

03

Fire the level-up

Engage Loop triggers the moment a threshold is crossed, in venue. That is the event you pay for — and the only one. A single credit big enough to cross two thresholds counts as two.

04

Put a reason to return in their pocket

New perks land in the guest’s wallet immediately. Some are spendable now; some are deliberately spendable next time.

Inside the product

What your guests see. What you see.

Screens below show sample data. The guest app installs to a phone home screen straight from the browser — no app store, nothing to download; the operator dashboard is browser-based with no install.

The level-up moment

This is the event you pay for. It happens while the guest is still in your building, and the perks it unlocks are usable before they leave.

Portable status

Portable status

Guests keep one level across every Perkiverse venue — which is why a guest who leveled up at another operator walks into you already invested.

The operator dashboard

The operator dashboard

Guests, check-ins, redemptions and live offers at a glance. Then the part operators actually stare at: the value guests put through your attractions at your own prices, what share of it came from guests on a return visit, and what Perkiverse cost you against that number. Plus your guest base across all seven levels, and level-ups this month.

Why operators run it

What you get out of the loop.

Repeat visits, on purpose

A guest who is 1,500 XP from Elite has a concrete reason to pick you this weekend. Progress is a stronger pull than a discount.

Value you set, attraction by attraction

You price every experience in XP and decide how often it can be claimed, so you can push the things you want played harder. It costs you nothing until somebody levels up.

A ladder that stays live

Each level carries a grace period — 30 days at Rookie, tightening to 5 at Legend. Past it, XP eases off at 25 a day, so status has to be maintained rather than banked once and forgotten. A visit is what resets that clock, which is exactly what turns a lapsing guest back through your door.

A guest list that is actually yours

Every check-in is an identified guest with a play history — not an anonymous card swipe. Export guests, check-ins, awards, level-ups and redemptions to CSV whenever you want.

Attach without a hard sell

Food and drink perks land at the levels where guests are already mid-visit and hungry. Staff do not have to pitch anything.

Zero risk to try

There is no monthly fee to justify to an owner. If nobody levels up, you are not billed. That is the whole argument.

Staff overhead close to nil

One check-in at the door and a code scan at redemption. No new workflow to train, no tablet to babysit.

Pricing

$0 a month. $0.50 per in-venue level-up.

That is the entire price list. A level-up is billable only when it happens inside your venue, on a guest who is physically checked in. Level-ups a guest earns somewhere else are somebody else’s line item.

  • No monthly platform fee
  • No per-location license
  • No setup or onboarding fee
  • No annual commitment
  • Billed monthly in arrears, itemised by level-up
