These Accessibility Statement govern your use of the Perkiverse mobile applications, website at perkiverse.com/, operator dashboard and related services (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Sileo Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as Perkiverse (“Perkiverse”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with offices in Chandler, Arizona.
We want Perkiverse to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or who are sensitive to motion.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website, guest apps and operator dashboard.
What we have done
- Color combinations across the brand palette have been measured against WCAG contrast ratios, and the two that fail on light backgrounds are restricted to non-text use;
- Rewards levels are identified by a number as well as by color and by how full the ring is, so they do not rely on color vision;
- Celebration animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting and collapse to a static end state; - Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
- Images carry text alternatives and the site uses proper heading structure and landmarks.
