Using Perkiverse
Is Perkiverse free?
Yes, and permanently. No membership fee, no card to buy, no minimum spend, no credit card at signup.
How do I earn XP?
Scan the venue’s QR code once when you arrive and the check-in itself earns you XP. After that, attractions are worth XP values set by that venue, and everything you play during the visit is attributed to you automatically.
How many levels are there?
Seven: Rookie, Player, Challenger, Pro, Elite, Champion and Legend, at 0, 500, 1,200, 2,500, 5,000, 9,000 and 15,000 XP. The thresholds are the same at every venue.
Do levels expire?
Levels do not expire on a date. Each level carries a grace period measured from your last visit — 30 days at Rookie, 21 at Player, 18 at Challenger, 14 at Pro, 10 at Elite, 7 at Champion and 5 at Legend. Stay inside it and nothing moves. Past it, XP comes off at 25 a day until you play again, and enough of that drops you back a level. A visit resets the clock, and so does a friend joining through your referral link. Arcade XP adds to your balance but does not restart the grace period. Once decay has started it runs until you play at a venue again — slipping to a lower level does not pause it. Individual rewards may also carry an expiry set by the venue, always shown on the reward itself.
Can I earn XP without going to a venue?
Yes, where it is switched on. The app carries an arcade of licensed web games that earn real XP against the same seven-level ladder — 5 XP a game by default, capped at 50 a day, with a minimum play length so leaving a tab open earns nothing. It tops your balance up between visits, but it does not reset your grace period, so it slows a slide rather than stopping one.
Does my level work at other venues?
Yes. Your account, XP and level are yours and are honored at every participating Perkiverse venue. Each venue sets its own perks at each level.
What if XP is missing from a visit?
Tell the venue before you leave and staff can credit it on the spot from their own app. Everything you have earned is itemised in your history, venue by venue.
Can my kids have an account?
There is a minimum age and under-18s require a parent or guardian. The Terms of Use has the specifics.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the app under settings, or email privacy@perkiverse.com. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

Running Perkiverse
What does it cost?
$0 per month plus $0.50 per in-venue level-up. No setup fee, no per-location fee, no contract.
What do we have to install?
A printed QR code at the counter is enough. Optionally, a tablet running the kiosk check-in screen, or a Zebra label printer for printed check-in slips. There is no POS integration to wait on.
Who sets the rewards?
You do, at every level, and you can change them whenever. We supply a recommended default ladder to start from.
Can we control how much guests earn?
You set the XP value of every attraction and how often each one can be claimed — once per visit, once per day, once ever, or capped at a number you choose. All of it is editable whenever you like.
Does the in-app arcade compete with our floor?
It is deliberately rate-limited so it cannot substitute for a visit: 5 XP a game against a 50 XP daily ceiling, where a single check-in is already 25 XP before a guest has played anything on your floor. Home play also does not reset a guest’s decay grace period; a visit does. Its job is to keep your brand in their pocket between trips, not to replace one.
Do we own our guest data?
Yes. Full export whenever you want it. We do not sell guest data or use one venue’s guests to market another’s.
How long does launch take?
A 30-minute configuration call, 30-minute training session with your management team once you receive your kiosk and printer, then you can go live.
