About us
We think loyalty should feel like playing, not filing.
Perkiverse was founded in 2026 and is built in Chandler, Arizona. We make a rewards platform for location based entertainment venues that rewards guests inside the visit instead of weeks later.
Why we built it
LBEs are one of the last places where people put their phones away and do something together. They are also one of the hardest businesses to build repeat customers in. A guest has a great time, leaves, and then nothing connects that afternoon to the next one.
The tools on offer mostly borrowed from retail: a points balance, a punch card, an email list. None of that matches how it actually feels to be in an entertainment venue, where the whole experience is about progress, scores, and beating the thing you did last time. So we built the reward system around progression instead of currency.
That is what the Engage Loop is. Play converts to Experience Points, XP converts to levels, and levels carry perks. The guest sees a ring filling, not a balance accruing. And the reward arrives while they are still in the building which is the only moment it can genuinely change what they do next.
We priced it the same way. Perkiverse costs venues nothing per month. We bill fifty cents when a guest levels up inside your venue, because that is the moment the system did the job it was hired for. If it isn’t working, you aren’t paying.
How we work
What we care about.
The guest gets the better end
If a perk is not worth walking across the room for, it should not be on the ladder. We push venues toward rewards guests actually want, not toward whatever costs the least.
Status that means something now
XP decays once a guest’s grace period runs out, so a level says a guest continues to play rather than that they played once. We think that is fairer to the regulars than a badge everyone keeps forever — and the app counts those days down on the dashboard, so nobody loses a level by surprise.
Your guest data is yours
Export it whenever you want, in full. We do not sell it, rent it, or use one operator’s guest list to market another’s venue.
Priced to be fired
No annual contract and no monthly minimum means we have to keep earning it. We would rather compete on whether the thing works.
